Responsibilities of candidates include:

  • Responsible for Managing Customer Relationships, Communicating With Customers and Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and providing information about products and services, obtaining Customer KYC information
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries,
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation


Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - 2 Years skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in Anna Nagar

    Required - Good command over English, Hindi & Tamil
