Responsibilities of candidates include:
- Responsible for Managing Customer Relationships, Communicating With Customers and Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and providing information about products and services, obtaining Customer KYC information
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries,
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Required - 2 Years skill with 1+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Anna Nagar
Required - Good command over English, Hindi & Tamil
