Job Summary
Individual Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Care Coordinator
- Contribute to consistently meeting the goals of the Customer Care Team
- Receive customer calls with Manager and assign calls to Engineers appropriately
- Closely monitor calls and follow-up to closure
- Make requests for Spare replacements and manage its movement
- Ensure timely Technical escalations to Team Leads, Manager & Director
- Ensure Call documentation/report submission by Engineers
- Generate timely reports
- Maintain customer relationships & identify business revenue opportunities
- Ensure Team contributes with Sales Leads and track its progress
- Collaborate with other NewWave internal teams
- Ensure self & Team s strict adherence to Company processes
- Reports to the Head Technical Services
Qualification:
- Any Diploma, Graduate or 10+2, pass out 2012,2013,2014
- Descent communication skills
Salary:
- According to the performance
- Best offered in the market
