Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking at a mid-level manager candidate who would be able to understand HR Systems and Reporting and comes with an experience in handling business conversations with Senior Leadership Stakeholder management.


Purpose of the Role


To support the HR EIMEA team in a broad spectrum of activities across the various HR systems and associated platforms including responsibility for management reporting of people data across those systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as System Administrator and Super User for our HR systems, including being the central contact for the EIMEA HR team
  • Provide support to HR colleagues and other users in their use of the systems where required including support with training and coaching of new members of the team on those systems
  • Creating, maintaining and revoking user access across the HR systems
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining HR System SOP s (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Carry out regular data audits and data cleanse activities to ensure accurate, consistent and complete data across the systems
  • Assist with the delivery of key HR projects and implementation of systems.
  • Create and manage both regular and ad hoc report requests from the business across our HR systems
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a HR dashboard on PeopleHub or other business platform
  • Responsible for collation of monthly Board pack statistics, metrics and KPI s

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant systems experience gained within a HR function
  • Experience of using and managing a variety of HR systems and applications
  • Clear aptitude for and experience in, numerical analysis and data insight
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written
  • Take personal accountability and ownership for all deliverables, work proactively and at pace to deliver required milestones
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft office packages (Advance Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
