Job Summary
We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office, manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems.
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
- Confirm appointments and meeting over the call.
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
- Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment.
- Handling the courier related work over the call and mail.
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors.
- The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
- Should have good Organizational skills.
- The candidate should process Strong customer service skills.
- Candidate should have min 6 months experience as a corporate Receptionist in a clerical or administrative role .
- The candidate having proficiency in MS Office will be preferred.
Salary Structure
- The salary range will be between 6.5K to 8K per month as per the experience.
