Job Summary

We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office, manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems.
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
  • Confirm appointments and meeting over the call.
  • Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
  • Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment.
  • Handling the courier related work over the call and mail.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors.
  • The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
  • Should have good Organizational skills.
  • The candidate should process Strong customer service skills.
  • Candidate should have min 6 months experience as a corporate Receptionist in a clerical or administrative role .
  • The candidate having proficiency in MS Office will be preferred.

Salary Structure

  • The salary range will be between 6.5K to 8K per month as per the experience.
