Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Diary and Calendar Management: Organizing, scheduling, and managing the executive s appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Acting as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients, ensuring that all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Document Management: Creating, maintaining, and storing important files and records using tools such as Notion.
  • Project Coordination: Assisting with project management tasks as required, ensuring all deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed.
  • Research: Gather necessary information on various topics as directed by the executive.
  • Event Planning: Assisting in organizing internal and external events, seminars, and conferences.
  • Expense Tracking: Managing and submitting the executive s expenses and ensuring timely reimbursements.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all business matters.
Experience Required :
