Job Summary

Responsibilities

Create, adjust, and manage comprehensive civil BIM models in accordance with project prerequisites and local Chennai standards.
Engage actively with the broader project team, including architects, engineers, and fellow BIM specialists, ensuring the civil models are harmoniously integrated within multi-disciplinary BIM projects.
Attend coordination meetings, presenting insights from a civil BIM viewpoint and addressing any model clashes or integration issues.
Regularly update civil BIM models to accommodate design revisions or site-specific adjustments.
Implement extensive knowledge of Chennai's civil engineering standards to certify BIM models' compliance and alignment with local directives.
Contribute to the generation of construction and assembly drawings derived directly from BIM models.
Dedicate time to continuous professional growth, staying abreast of emerging BIM technologies, methodologies, and practices, especially concerning civil engineering and the Chennai market.
