Job Summary

Be involved in clash detection and coordination of 3D models prepared in various software (Civil 3D/Tekla) with Navisworks and other coordination software.
Understand the BIM execution plan and implement it on the project.
Coordinate with internal and external design engineers for the information required to prepare BIM and generate drawings and quantities.
Generate 4D construction sequences in Navisworks.
Perform and document quality checks at each stage of submission drawings and quantities/BOQ.
Be responsible for the estimation, planning, and tracking of the project.
Develop and implement standard procedures suitable for Marine BIM workflow.
Have interface knowledge with Concrete Tekla modelers across geography.
Perform quality checks on 3D/2D models and drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to COWI standards.
Identify and resolve design and modeling issues as they arise during the design process
