We are looking for our next Head of Inside Sales for the Executive Education vertical of WileyNXT.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop the overall strategy for Inside sales in line with organization s goals
- Hire new sales professionals and manage the existing team of inside sales executives both internally as well as via all channel partners
- Ensure consistent use of CRM solutions by the team
- Establish annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
- Devise a value-based solution selling methodology to drive conversion of leads through a high-velocity pipeline
- Develop a world-class team by mentoring, counselling and coaching team; planning, monitoring, and appraising results and related reviews
- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute online marketing strategies for lead generation and sales
We are looking for people who:
- Preferred MBA/PGDM
- Handled a team of minimum 30-50 members, which includes Managers
- Having excellent people skills
- 7-12 years of experience in Inside Sales with exposure to Higher Education domain
- Strong business acumen- understanding the key metrics and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of an organization
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated competences in championing high-performance management
- Strong analytical abilities and good interpersonal skills
