Job Summary

This role is for an Inside Sales Manager, who will be responsible for prospecting to closing out all marketing generated leads into potential opportunities for our client who is a leading IT Based MNC in partnership with the field sales, channel partners and channel team to ensure the greatest results are achieved with respect to the pipeline & revenue generation.

The ISR will be required to also work with the channel partners and Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to drive pipeline generation via partners. Will carry a quota for assigned in addition to other key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on generating qualified leads through strategic planning, outbound calling, follow-up to marketing campaigns and fielding web site inquiries
  • Identify and establish relationships with new business prospects and maintain relationships with the existing installed base
  • Pre-qualify leads from select campaigns (or wherever required), evangelize with end customer, and showcase benefits of Lenovo DCG product offerings and transformation.
  • Convey product knowledge to potential clients, adhering to company messaging and positioning. Continuously stay up to date on Lenovo DCG portfolio
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Candidate must peruse manage & own all the marketing leads generated from different marketing campaigns
  • Solution selling to existing customer base and new prospects
  • Manage and maintain accurate account and opportunity details in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Regular follow up with sales teams on all the marketing generated leads & ROI & setup sales triangulation calls
  • The ISR will have to interact with multiple teams internally & externally and report the ROI on the marketing generated leads.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Any graduate.

Required Skillsets

  • Experience in Hyper converged infrastructure products preferably in Data centre business.

Language Expertise

  • English & Hindi

Total Experience

  • 11-16 years

Relevant Experience

  • 11+ Years (up to 16 years)

Any additional information

  • A minimum relevant work Experience of 11+ years In IT industry preferably in the Data Centre Business
  • The ability to develop in-depth knowledge of company infrastructure, operations, contacts, and buying cycles
  • Experience in building, generating, and managing a business plan across Enterprise Accounts and SMB Accounts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
  • The ability to interact professionally and reliably with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as with customers, vendors etc.
  • Strong interest in technology and Tech business
