Job Description Collaborate with concerned teams and stakeholders to help manage and streamline existing billing and invoicing processes for the recharge policy. What this job involves: Collate and Compile the data from various tools by 10th to 12th of every month. Validate and allocate cost against each vendor /cost centre as per confirmed Seat and Headcount report. (TOT 13th to 15th of every month) Follow with the site SPOC (Space planning team) for Validate the data HC & Seat Count. Data validation should be inline with Google Manager & Vendor Manager. Compared with last month's billing data for the following month vendor partner billing. Coordinate with PPS legal team for updates on BCSA & SOW before billing back to vendor partners. Share the Cost Allocation Report ( Vendor wise, cost centre wise cost allocations of Fixed and Variable costs ) with Google Finance Team and Google Pgm s Passes entries in Google & Mahataa Books for REWS unallocated Seats. PPS queries on Google Pgm s/Vendor Pgms Invoices are raised to individual vendor partners as per seat and cost allocation costs Follow up for vendor invoice with the site SPOC . Accuracy and TAT to be maintained. Proactive reminders to vendor managers to be sent on a monthly basis with regards to seating updates.
