Job Summary
  • Design, build and maintain processes and features that make the product more valuable to users
  • Define product requirements, including user flows, wireframes, and system diagrams
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on quantitative and qualitative data, business strategy, and market context
  • Identify next opportunity areas and establish the business case for the same
  • Project management manage timelines, estimates, resources, product quality, communication, and documentation
  • Work with technical leads and development teams in an agile environment to ensure implementation is of high quality and strategically aligned
  • Communicate risks and manage change in real time
  • Own and execute release strategy in close coordination with marketing and development departments
  • Develop long-term roadmaps and work with key stakeholders to bring alignment
  • Drive towards both short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals, defining the product. Solve customer needs that are viable for the business.
  • Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities.
  • Automating and optimizing processes to reduce the time spent
  • Empower teams across the organization by making data features accessible to relevant stakeholders
  • Run product experimentation across the funnel and do continuous rounds of A/B testing to understand user behaviour and optimize the business metrics.
  • Create compelling visual representations of data, automate reports setup alerts to enhance consumption of data at best moments
  • Work with various stakeholders during strategy development and conversion efforts to identify and fulfil data/analytical needs
  • Collaborate with the data warehousing team, ensuring that data infrastructure supports the needs of our analytics team and validating data quality
  • Design and develop data preparation components and processes that extract and transform data across disparate databases for reporting and analytics, ensuring integrity of analysis data by developing the requirement specifications and assisting the development and testing of data tables
  • Ensures solutions are scalable, repeatable, efficient and effective
  • Work hands-on on various analytics problems and provide thought leadership on problems that we are working on
