Job Summary
  • Must have knowledge or understanding into software development or testing.
  • Must be in a Support role (chat/mail or voice) .
  • The primary responsibility of the person will be coordination for multiple projects with internal teams.
  • Ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated to project team and all levels of management
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation and reports
  • Handles broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences.
  • Creating a forum and format for ongoing open communication within functional area or among departments.
