Job Summary

What would you be doing?** - Provide support in talent acquisition and recruitment processes - initial candidate screening, scheduling interviews and handling communication with candidates. - Managing employee onboarding and offboarding - Development of HR objectives and systems at Jar, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements and to improve employee experience - Undertaking new initiatives to setup policies and programs for employee benefits and engagement - Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates ## What makes you a suitable candidate? - 2-4 years of work experience in the talent and culture teams of high growth startups - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Comfortable making decisions independently - Ability to priorities, multitask and meet deadlines and targets - Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies The team is small, which means your impact on the company s success will be huge.
