Description You will be part of the technical program management team driving execution for some of the organisation's largest initiatives, creating tight collaboration between engineering and product, and improving our ways of working. You will focus on being a servant leader and technical scrum master for several of our product teams, ensuring they are performing at the top of their potential. Responsibilities Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies for multiple product teams. Define goals, deliverables and schedules for managing multiple medium to high complexity projects within a program. Create an accountability matrix for your projects. Assess and identify resources required for successful program completion. Identify potential risks for successful completion of your projects. Monitor the program progress against timelines and approved milestones. Lead cross functional coordination meetings to review progress and risks. Comprehend the financial plan for multiple project implementation. Identify internal stakeholders for own area of work and engage on a periodic basis. Build strong relationships within the immediate working group. Communicate clearly and concisely in one-to-one/stakeholder meetings involving one-two teams. Demonstrate working knowledge of products and services. Requirements 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Jira and other project management tools. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the drive to deliver exceptional results.
