Senior Robotics & Automation Engineer

Job requirements: The candidate shall possess all the technical and soft skills mentioned below and should have the appetite to learn and adapt to new trends in industry within and beyond his / her scope of the expertise. Qualification : Diploma / B.E in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics Experience : 6 to 8 years in design and development of SPM machinery with thorough knowledge and experience in using various technologies like Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical drives and controllers, Robots etc., Handling of complete automation solutions right from enquiry until commissioning is mandatory. Technical Skills required: Product development process knowledge, Strong knowledge in Mechanical design, GD&T, Electrical and Electronics Software skills: Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD, 3D modeling (Solidworks / Inventor), Digital documentation (using 3D via composer or equivalent), Virtual commissioning tools & MS office Soft skills: Good attitude, Proficiency in oral and written communication, Presentation skills, Self-motivated, Team worker, leadership, Taking responsibility, Critical thinking, Problem solving, Decision making, Flexibility & Ability to Work under Pressure and Time Management

Responsibilities: 1. Design, development and validation of Automation systems 2. On time completion of project / Task / Enquiries Duties: Leading & guiding the team members to ensure the on-time delivery of assigned projects Preparation of Circuits, General arrangement layout, Component / Product / System design, Costing, Manufacturing Assembly and Testing of Product / System Preparation of documents suitable for manufacturing and technical construction file submission to customers Virtual commissioning and Robot programming Installation, commissioning and training at customer end
