Senior Training Officer - Technical (Job id : APPL004/21-22)

Job Overview: The candidate will be responsible for Organising and Conducting Training Programme (Online / Offline) for Employees / Customers / Dealers at JTC / COE / ATC / Institutes as per Training Calendar / Training Schedule. Will be responsible for Installation, Commissioning & Demonstration of Educational products at Customer site (Pan India) Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics & Automation

Requirements & Skills: Strong knowledge in Automation Technologies Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives & Motor, Robotics etc Strong fundamental knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical domain Should be proficient enough to independently handle communications within the company and with customers, prepare training reports, make presentations The recruit is expected to accomplish assigned duties in an efficient, effective and competent manner and to strive for improvement and excellence in all work performed Proficiency in using necessary productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite Should possess excellent communication skills, leadership skills and presentation skills Should be highly organized and self-motivated Good English communication. Multilingual ability advisable Responsibilities: Implementation of Training and Assessment Content development for Training requirements
