Job Summary
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key Result Areas - KRA)
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation andcustomer services.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle from Client booking toDelivery
- Liaisoning with Govt.Bodies, Negotiation skills etc..
- Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times of own and renttransport vehicles, its costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints received at Customer help-desk
- Supervise, coach and train Branch/Warehouse staff, hub staff and
- Drivers for efficient performance
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance andimplement improvements Etc
- Knowledge of the Logistics Operations
- Excellent Employee focus, Effective communication on interpersonal and
- managerial levels.
- Superior organizational ability, with expert knowledge and experience to
- assume leadership position.
- Basic computer knowledge with understanding of technology to guide
- implementation & strong in handling people Mgt. etc.
