Job Summary

Roles & responsibilities

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and bridge gap internal stakeholders.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, to proactively raise a red flag to relevant stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and do RCA to deal with complaints and take customer feedback.
  • Play an integral part in building customer roadmap and generating new sales from existing customers that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • To travel to warehouses as and when needed and regular visits to customers for QBR/MBR/relationship building/escalation handling.
  • Ensure 100% collection of payments on tine in full and timely bill submission to customers.
  • Do time to time reconciliation of financial accounts with customers.
