Job Summary Responsibilities
  • Financial activities
    • Accounts receivables
    • Accounts payables
    • Managing creditors
    • Follow up for the invoices
    • VAT and GST preparations
    • Month end activities
    • Payroll
  • Reconciliations
    • Bank reconciliation
    • Updating accounting software
    • Responding to queries from clients.
  • Contracts and legal
    • Draw up agreements with clients and partners
    • Legal reporting to HMRC
  • MIS
    • Reports preparations for finance & Operations
    • Month /quarter/annual reports
  • Annual accounts
    • Prepare annuals accounts
  • Team management
    • Manage a team of 2 Fin Executives

Skills Required

  • Accounting experience of 5 year in international market
  • Good communication both written and spoken
  • Knowledge and a good understanding of MS Excel
  • Knowledge and hands on online accounting software
  • BCOM and MBA

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of finance concepts, tools like Xero and Quickbooks and best practices
  • Skills and experience in financial accounts
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
