Role Overview
We are seeking Software Java professionals to work as a Senior Java Developer in our Product Engineering team. You will be part of our Engineering team that is responsible for Development , Design and Unit Testing of our products.
The software development process is based on an array of integrated tools which ensures high quality of the products and deliveries.
Our teams work in Agile for years and are autonomous. We encourage people to propose solutions, initiatives and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conceive and design our financial markets software products
- Implement, validate and test improvements
- Support team efforts by applying an Agile methodology (Scrum)
- Development using Java (SE), Angular JS
- Build extensible, high-volume, highly reliable server applications
- Evolve in technological areas such as: multi-threading, performance profiling
- Apply continuous integration
- Provide and receive constant technical feedback via code-reviews
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Computers/IT
- 6 to 12 years experience in working with Core JAVA
- Programmed using Multi threading, Collections, Object Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns
- Experience in capital markets domain
- Knowledge of FIX protocol, and familiarity with FIX messages for session, orders and trade handling
- Familiarity with product support processes and tools like Eclipse, Junit, Jira, GIT/SVN, Maven, Bamboo/ Jenkins etc.
- Be a motivated team player, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Stress resistant
- Familiarity with AngularJS or other web technologies is appreciated
