Job Summary

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education
  • 7+ years supporting IT solutions (Windows, VMWare, Azure, storage, Unix).
  • 7+ years experience with gathering client business, technical and functional requirements.
  • 5+ years analyzing and documenting business processes.
  • 5+ year with IT project or program management, including leading cross- functional teams and activities.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of past and current versions of Microsoft Server OS
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365, and other related products
  • Strong experience with storage products such as Nimble, Dell SC/EMC, NetApp and Hyper-converged platforms such as Nutanix, VxRack, Simplivity
  • Strong experience with virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V
  • Advanced Storage Connectivity experience with iSCSI, NFS, FC, and FCoE
  • Implementation and support of backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Advanced Layer 3 Networking/Subnetting Knowledge
  • Good understanding and experience working in Linux operating systems
  • Good understanding of other cloud technologies like AWS and GCP
  • Good understanding of various regulations compliance requirements like HIPAA, PCI, GDPR to name a few.
  • Working knowledge of commonly used networking solutions / ability to work with network architects to help design and support end to end solutions
  • Work closely with multiple team members on shore and off shore
  • Interact and create positive business-building relationships with ISSQUARED vendors.
  • Create and present technology solutions/roadmaps to customers based on their needs
  • Create solution drawings to support the ISSQUARED sales teams efforts
  • Collaborate with ISSQUARED post-sales engineers to assist them in deployment of the solutions being offered to customers, especially when it transfer over to Managed Services post implementation
  • Keep up to date on current releases and new products. Inform team members and customers of information that would be useful in their environments.
