Requirements:-
Engineering or MCA or an equivalent degree.
5 to 8 years of overall IT experience.
3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a software development environment.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) required.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience implementing Scrum practices and frameworks.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with team members and stakeholders.
Proven leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving project objectives.
Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Working across geographies and time zones.
Leadership skills to motivate and manage the team.
Preferred Qualifications:-
PMP certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Experience with multi-national teams is desirable.
