Location: Bhubaneswar. India

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for project quality and timeline management;
• Responsible for Budget and Cost Effectiveness;
• Team management and development;
• Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web;
• Development related to .NET programming language;
• At least 3 years of total experience working with JAVA projects
• Focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership;
• Manage the project estimations;
• Negotiation with customers;
• Manages the project to ensure that it is completed within stipulated timeline while ensuring that work done meets the necessary requirements and quality;
• Leads teams in the planning, designing and development of software applications or specialized utility programs / network and/or hardware environment that will enhance the organization s/clients ability to achieve strategic goals and targets;
• Prepare a detailed project plan/work breakdown structure that includes functional and activity decomposition matrix for all new projects and key milestones for each phase of the SDLC.

Managerial Skills:

• Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Proven track records for designing and delivering a large complex multifaceted project or leading a team of 20+ team members on .Net and Java
• Provide guidance and insight on development techniques and methodologies
• Familiarity with version control systems

Qualification:

• B.E./ B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT)/ M.E/ / MCA with good academic credentials
