Job Description Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company sales goals. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement possibly more important than the first item on this list. Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth. Manage the use of budgets. Define optimal sales force structure. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames. Maximizing new business development opportunities. Other duties as assigned. Salary Depends on experience & interview Product Personal Loan / Business Loan (Secured & Unsecured)
