Full Stack Developers (python/java) Job in Iris Business Services

Job Description / Responsibilities :

Proficient in Python or Java and Spring, understands design patterns and algorithms and is willing to analyze a problem from first principles rather than from a pre-conceived approach.
Proficient in Microservices, Data structures, RDBMS, MySQL, MongoDB (preferable).
AWS knowledge would be a plus.
Angular JS/Jquery would be an advantage.

Desired profile of the candidate :

The candidate should be ready to work in an agile environment where he/she is willing to do the following:

Build systems from scratch which are scalable, maintainable, secure and load resilient.
The candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and should be able to research on open source frameworks and various technologies preparing POCs for business and trying to solve business users problems through research.
The candidate must be confident enough to gather requirements from various business stakeholders and deliver applications with minimal supervision.
The candidate must be willing to support and enhance applications different applications. He should be able to suggest improvements for various applications after analyzing the code. The candidate should be able to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
The candidate must be a believer in Peer Programming and should actively discuss development approaches with other team members and be open to accepting and giving suggestions.
The candidate must show integrity in communication and work.
The candidate should be willing to explore multiple technological solutions for various business problems and should be an eager learner learning new technologies and expanding his horizon.

UG / PG Qualification :

BE / B. Tech / MTech in Computer Science from premier institutes (IIT and NIT)

Min Exp. :

3-5 years in SaaS products/Start ups
