Senior Java Full Stack Engineer Job in Rah India Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Business analysis, Architecture to development and deployment of Work-Flow Software with high end standards.

Build and lead a new team of 5 to 7 Work-Flow Software Developers and a UX Designer from scratch.

To work in Agile based software development methodologies involving short 3-4 week duration sprints.

Should be able to perform frequent code review / walk through with developers and other relevant stakeholders.

Should be able to understand the existing software framework acutely, based on which upcoming processes will be derived.

Take complete control of existing software in all aspects.

Understand the business requirements and replicate the work-flow in high level design.

Must have excellent problem solving, trouble shooting, debugging skills, time management and Organizational skills.

Deliver clean and structured code, supporting user experience and product quality.

Complete documentation as per the scope; prepare guidelines and checklist for development and testing activities.

Highlight any potential risks to the appropriate stake holders.

Proficiency with hands on experience as a Full Stack Developer (Java background).

Qualification & Experience:

B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Java full stack developer with expertise in Java, Apache Tomcat, Bootstrap, WordPress, WooCommerce, e Commerce technologies.

Proficient in Database like MySQL, Oracle.

Expertise in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, W3.CSS, PHP, jQuery.

Well versed with Source Control Management including methods like GIT, SVN, build tool etc

Proven experience with Cloud based computing security, Server migration, Monitoring & maintaining system and database.

Proven experience of working in Agile based software development methodologies involving short 3-4 week duration sprints.

Experience as Scrum Master or in Engineering Agile Project Management would be an added benefit.

7 to 10 years experience in relevant profile in a reputed organization.
