Job Summary

Responsiblities: Lead a team of 15-20 associates. Managing key projects and operational processes related to the CSA, including but not limited to data extraction and analysis of information from various sources, tools, and documents. Flexible to work in a 24X5 environment. Structured thought process Self-driven Job Responsibilities Managing subordinates in the team assigned Deploying headcounts on the given allocation as per SLA Tracking performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence in order to achieve goals in a timely manner without compromising any quality and compliance. Disseminating daily, weekly and monthly trackers to the Managers and management on a regular basis. Ensure team members are compliant when conducting data/information collection with thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies, and research tools. Responsible for the day-to-day workflow management and performance of a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of process workflows. Interact with internal and external clients as necessary and occasionally works on new projects and data enhancement initiatives as assigned. Identify individual strengths to appropriately delegate work amongst the team. Ensure clear and seamless communication across levels and teams. Keep himself/herself updated in knowledge of content sets. Build industry knowledge by understanding industry trends and reporting standards. Requirements: Applies general knowledge of operations principles, theories and work tools developed through experience to best complete assignments. Thorough knowledge of business and data/content management objectives Possesses strong analytical skills. Proficient in the use of MS Office and thorough with Excel and other IT tools. Create scripts as per campaign specifications and ensure the campaign is executed as per client s requirement. Creating zestful work environment inducing the optimum level of productivity from resources Achieving monthly Targets and making sure that disqualifications remain limited to minimum numbers. Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets. Productivity management Hourly/Daily/Weekly performance tracking to ensure end goals are met.
