Business Analyst/ Functional Consultant Job in Iprogrammer Solutions

• Main responsibilities include requirement gathering at client side and preparation of use cases and story boards through collected requirements
• Preparation of notes from various customer and end users meetings for offshore engineering team to act upon
• Coordination between customer stakeholders and offshore engineering teams to communicate and clarify requirements/features
• Participation in daily scrum as product owner for requirement clarifications and story boarding
• Validation of developed features and coordination with customer end users in acceptance of features and stories
• Participation in effort estimations, sprint planning, SOW preparations and other project related activities where functional expertise is needed
• Mentoring of other junior resources and peers from functional perspective

• Computer Science or IT Engineering or MCA or MBA in Finance
• 4+ years of total industry experience as functional consultant or business analyst
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in banking or financial industry as business analyst
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience as product owner in scrum teams and understanding of agile scrum working is an added advantage
• Experience in business end user coordination, requirement gathering, writing stories/ features, use case documents, test scenarios is a must
• Good understanding and appreciation of writing use case documents, BRD, FRS and test case documents
• Primary work location will be Mumbai with willingness to travel and work from other offshore locations like Pune, Chennai etc. on need basis
