Job Summary

Fundamental understanding of Service Now modules, integration hub, and components
Development and enhancement of Service Now applications/modules. (TSM / ITSM / CMDB / CSM / OMT/ FSM / ITOM / TSOM / GRC / HRSD)
Hands-on experience in API integration (OOTB, Custom) with third-party applications.
Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
Implement changes, workflow automation, UI, integrations, and enhancements.
Perform workflow design, configuration, development, and data loads for ServiceNow platform.
