As a Talent Acquisition Specialist of our team, you will scout and engage with top talent and build the best competitive team. You will work with leaders & key stakeholders, take ownership of headcount requirements, create an outstanding candidate experience, and manage the hiring process in line with our culture.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for your current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in hiring preferably in the EV/ Automotive space
• Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage Product (B2B) company
• Proficiency in recruiting through Social Media, Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-based recruiting tools.
• Previous experience with ATS/ HMS/ RMS reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High on initiative (we are a growth phase startup)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with complete ownership of your work

Nice to have:

• Startup/ Automotive/ SaaS/ EV hiring experience
• Experience with Airtable/ Coda/ Notion
