Job Summary

About the role

  • As a front-facing role, the candidate is expected to be a go-getter who actively solicits new business and ensures consistent growth.
  • The role also envisages acquiring and managing new partnerships with institutes, universities, DSA channels, and Open Market.
  • Responsible for monthly Login activities and disbursals as per target assigned Worked with internal support teams to ensure seamless servicing for partners.
  • Keep a keen eye on the market as well as competition and provide constant inputs for better sourcing of business.
  • Working with the marketing team and will be managing the existing partners in the system (involved in the Partnership Building process).
  • Employs his/her best efforts to maintain a thorough knowledge of his/her customer from available documentary sources and regular direct contact with them.
  • Is primarily responsible for ensuring that customer due diligence has been completed to a satisfactory standard, and is kept up-to-date.

What you will need to have

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or Marketing.
  • Prior experience working in lending business with Banks, NBFC or DSA, experience working for an EDFIN competitor in a similar position would be a strong advantage.
  • Assertive, go getter, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Should be confident and self-motivated.
  • Ability to analyze numbers and take necessary action to improve shortfalls.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver qualitative outputs consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preference will be given if you have experience already in LAP and Education Loans.
