About the role
PositionOverview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Relationship Manager for our education loans team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve growth targets, and fostering strong relationships with students, educational institutions and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for education loan products.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with educational institutions, student organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to promote our education loan offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional campaigns, materials, and pricing strategies to drive sales and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the education financing industry.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management on sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
What you will need to have

- Candidate must be Graduate
- Proven experience in sales management within the financial services sector, preferably in education loans.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
