Job Description Requirement/ Knowledge & Expertise: We are looking for a support BSA resource focusing on Marketing initiatives and apps (some links and touch points with SFDC). We understand it will be difficult to find a resource with Marketo or Openprise experience, we are willing to train the right resource. Some responsibilities Tier 1 support SFDC/Marketo Perform hands-on Marketo and Openprise system setup, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting Analyze requirements to determine appropriate fix, solution designs considering capabilities, limitations, and design trade-offs Work with consultants/vendors and/or offshore resources in support of Marketo development work Experience with SFDC configuration, setup and administration Exposure to Marketo & Salesforce platform integrations (inbound/outbound) using the REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Data Loader
