About the GTM Tech Business Operations Team: Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how we connect across the Intuit ecosystem, Chief Technology Officer Staff and Team and operate within the GTM Tech organization. As a Business Operations Program manager on the team, you will be enabling teams to align on processes, execute, function with speed and agility. The go-to-market at Intuit is responsible to monetize, retain and attract customers for industry leading Intuit products like QuickBooks, TurboTax and MailChimp. We are looking for candidates who have strong Business Operations experience, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results. The Business Operations team aims to provide the business: Strategy to execution clarity Accountability at all levels Focus on outcomes Efficiency in how we work Interfaces into the Intuit Ecosystem / Platform Qualifications Qualifications: We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is viewed as a team player. GTM Tech Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following: 6-8 years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company. Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains. Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business. Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large. Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives. Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense. Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills. Strong process and project management skills Strong academic record required. MBA, PMP or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred.
