Job Summary

Position Title: Testing and Customer Service EngineersExperience 2-5 yearsLocation: Gurgaon (Delhi NCR)Position Type: Full timeEducation: BE/B.Tech/MCA: Not a constraint for excellent work experience.Job Description: As a Testing engineer, the person would plan and execute software quality control, functional testing and create test cases. As a customer service engineer, the person will understand, analyze and categorize reported issues and requirements in order of priority and will act as a point of contact for immediate response to customers queries and issues.The responsibilities will include:For Quality Control and Testing: Plan and Execute functional testing, performance testing, black/white box testing. Execute test plans including Unit testing, Integrated testing, System testing and UAT. Create Test data, test roles, test techniques and test plans. Ensure effective implementation and usage of new technology, tools and processes. Effectively Estimate, Plan (for schedule, effort and cost), Execute, Monitor and Control for Testing Identify End to End scenarios for testingFor Customer Support Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of early and adequate resolution of issues, product quality and communication. Interact with customer and develop good relationship with them. Interact with the delivery / technical team for resolution of issues. Effectively Estimate, Plan (for schedule, effort and cost), Execute, Monitor and Control for the resolution of issues. Carry out testing on the changes made by the technical teams. Encourage team members to value customers and deliver high quality service.Candidate Profile: Minimum 3+ years of expertise in functional testing. Domain Expertise in BFSI sector. Hands on experience in technology, tools and methodologies and experience in implementing the same. Good customer management and people management skills.
