Job Summary
- Collaborating on user experience planning with product management and engineering.
- Define and implement innovative solution for the product direction, visuals and experience.
- Executing interaction design and visual design from concept to final hands-off engineering as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Communicate and present design strategy/rationale effectively to key stakeholders.
- Consulting with clients and lead architect.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Researching interaction design and technology trends.
- 5+ years of overall experience.
- Good experience of designing UI for Enterprise applications (Not just UI experience for website development).
- Strong conceptualization ability, visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.
- Strong experience on Responsive Design.
- Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design components.
- Strong experience on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong experience on creation of PSD and converting PSD to html.
- Strong skills on HTML, HTML5, CSS3.
- Reasonable knowledge on Search Engine aspects.
- Reasonable knowledge on JavaScript/JQuery.
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of common software project management practices.
- Understanding of common software development practices.
