User Interface (ui) Designer Job in Aicl Communications Limited

Requirements

• Developing and conceptualizing comprehensive UI design strategies in line with the creative briefs.
  Producing high quality UI design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams,
  storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery
  of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UI research methodologies and testing activities in order
  to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  
• Independently manage own work queue, related tools and proactively engage with other teams when needed.
  
• Ensure practice of standard design process.
  
• Ensure a high standard of personal discipline and organizational engagement.
  

• Compelling portfolio of design work. Individual should be able to craft and execute a vision with creativity and style.
  
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  
• Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Visual design and wire-framing tools
  
• Should have good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript and their proper implementation
  
• Should have good understanding of mobile device UI optimization, cross-browser coding, iPad/tablet challenges,
  compatibility limitations of various devices and browsers, responsive web design, etc.
• Ability to work with different Workflow tools such as git, grunt, gulp, etc.
  
• Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration
  
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Energetic, task-oriented, with strong work ethic and positive attitude
  
• Quick learner, detail oriented efficient and dependable
  
• High sense of urgency and must be able to work well under pressure
