Qualification

Bachelor of Social Work / Graduate with relevant experience in Social Marketing. A Bachelor of Science / Master of Science in Agri would be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, Self-motivated and committed to outcomes and passionate about the Social Sector & Rural Development.

Job Description

  • Communicating with Target beneficiaries and building relationships with them over a 3 years tenure (Project based)
  • Event Management Skills, Market Research Experience and Interest, Impact Assessments, Handling Project Portfolios with clear outcomes.
  • Organizing and conducting Project based specific Training Programmes, both for Urban and Rural Sector.
  • Developing training content, based on research and community interface (Urban & Rural)
  • Reviewing, revising and rebuilding client focus
  • Maintain / Update important team and client documents on a regular basis
  • Monthly / Quarterly Activity Reports to be prepared and submitted
  • Website Management
  • Project Tracking


Qualification :
Graduate
Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
