Your primary duties include:

• Coordinating General Ledger Activities: Ensuring smooth operations related to fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, indirect tax, and accruals.
• Financial Analysis: Identifying areas where revenue, costs, or profitability can be optimized, and recommending strategies for improvement.
• Meeting SLAs: Ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with client SLAs, delivering results on time.

Required Expertise

• Academic Background: A Commerce degree with 2-4 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R).
• Technical Skills: Experience with Balance Sheets, Month-End Closures, managing Fixed Assets, Inter-Company Reconciliations, and Cash activities.
• ERP Proficiency: Knowledge of posting journal entries and recording transactions in an ERP system.
• Audit and Reporting: Proven experience in audit coordination, managing customer expectations, and keeping management reports up-to-date.
