Bench Sales Recruiter 3 to 5 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting to interview and placement.

Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.

Submit the candidates for the suitable positions and follow up with Vendors on the Phone regarding the rates and client interviews.

Excellent communication skills is a MUST Market JOB DESCRIPTION:

Market the consultants to many contacts via social media, profile postings on portals, etc.

Good understanding of bench sales and marketing of the resources.

Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets and placing them mainly on a C2C basis.

Understanding of USA Visa (H1, L1, H4EAD, GC, Citizen) and TAX policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bench Sales Recruiter 3 to 5 years

Must have Knowledge about the Bench Sales cycle.

Good Communication Skills.

Must have good knowledge about the USA Visa Policies.

Must have a huge database of the vendors (Please mention the list of top vendors in your resume for our reference and the Prime Vendors).

Should have strong relations with the Prime vendors

Ability to recruit and market & sales for CTC/1099/W2/Full time

Should have good knowledge of USA Tax Terms

consultants from job portals/sub-vendors/referrals/social networking sources

Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates for targeted
