CSR-Voice process

• Age criteria- 18-30 years
• International BPO
• Paid weekends
• Salary 14,000 24,000 per month

Roles & Responsibility

• Handle customers calls, solve queries. Explain the product to the customer, provide pricing details and obtain the customers basic details
• Should have excellent communication skills and convincing power.

Desired candidate Profile

• Qualification minimum 12th Pass and above
• Good communication skills(Verbal)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
• Effective problem-solving skills including decision making
• Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
