What we are expecting?

  • Any Diploma, UG degree or PG Degree
  • Good spoken and written English skills
  • Min. 2 yrs Experience working in lease abstraction
  • Good interpreting skills
  • Fast and accurate typing
  • Good MS Office knowledge

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Summarizing of the key financial, business and legal information
  • Document validation and Analyzing Lease Documents
  • To carry out a thorough review of all Lease Documents and Abstract leases.
  • Do quality checks
  • Work with international clients
  • Various other data analysis and entry related activities
  • Attend training sessions to understand client requirements
  • Meet client goals and quality standards
