Job description Assist with delivering the backlog of incidents and requests for ServiceNow administration, development, and configuration Manage Discovery schedules including a daily review of logs to remediate any reported issues Maintain MID server health and CMDB integrity Complete development and design documentation including configuration and workflow administration Implement new modules/applications, build integrations and perform testing Provide daily operational support, assist with license management, and perform maintenance for all products on the platform Create, maintain, and enhance future integrations between ServiceNow and other systems Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of all work Follow standard design patterns and coding practices, keeping custom code organized, readable, maintainable, and documented. Participate in development testing as well as regression testing to support upgrades
