Job Summary

Job Description:

You will work closely with Sr. Director of Sales Ops and Partner Channels to consolidate sales, marketing data to identify trends and provide initial insights. Provide on-time accurate data reporting to ensure delivery of insights to management on a weekly basis. Provide initial insights but have all backup data organized for deep dive as needed. You should feel comfortable with consolidating complex data sets and develop trends. The Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales, marketing-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales marketing productivity. Tracking of objectives and key results (OKR S) against results will be key to understand current business situation and improvements needed to improve marketing, sales operations for achieving the key metrics of sales and marketing. This role will be the admin for all sales and marketing business systems and identify new systems, upgrades to improve operational efficiency. Develop insightful dashboards (OKRs, operating metrics, business metrics that can be consumed rapidly by decision-makers.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability work flexible hours to match the time zone of HQ in United States
  • Ability to consolidate complex data in a consumable manner at a rapid pace to drive insights for a fast paced sales and marketing operations
  • Proven track record of successfully converting data into trends and insights to drive business decisions

Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar field.
  • 5+ years of working experience in Sales and/or Marketing Operations
  • Proven analytical skills of consolidating data and reporting trends, patterns
  • Develop and generate weekly reports against key metrics
  • Assist with tracking salesforce compliance, activities execution and pipeline velocity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Admin experience with salesforce, hubspot is required
  • Identify and make improvements to business systems based on new features available
  • Familiarity with Salesloft, LinkedIn, Vidyard and Gong is preferred
  • Experience working in Software as a Service (SAAS) industry is strongly preferred
