Job Summary
Job Summary:
Global Compensation & Benefit (C&B) Lead works on the Compensation and benefit administration part , with a very important role of maintaining and executing payroll for the entire organization. This role will also work on the analytics and periodic reporting for different geos, will play an important role in compensation change exercise and benefit reconsiderations. This is a critical role for the organization and would work with the HR, Finance and Management teams.
Essential Functions:

- Process bi-monthly payroll for the US employees and assist in monthly payroll processing of India based employees.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of regular and special payrolls as assigned, including the benefits management & related aspects
- Responsible for entering payroll data correctly and efficiently, as well as running various reports to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure payroll is compliant with Federal and State tax regulations.
- Processing the full and final settlement for terminated employees as per the guidelines laid by various state agencies.
- Assist in managing Third party contracts and vendors associated with the profile.
- Initiates and ensures accurate and timely system implementation of payroll process changes.
- Networks and collaborates with colleagues, third parties, and other departments to achieve desired business results.
- Keeps up to date on systems of payroll processes to identify and anticipate impacts on systems and processes.
- Embraces continuous improvement and efficiencies in all payroll processes, bringing any ideas forward for evaluation.
- Provides internal and/or external financial analysis and decision support.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls requirements and with external auditors.
- Leads and/or assists with special projects and global initiatives as required.
- Responds to employee or other inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Provides periodic and ad-hoc reports to the CEO along with Senior Director Finance.
- Processing the expense reimbursements of employees.
- Experience working with internal & external finance team(s)/auditors on the financial forecasts, ledgers, statutories, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounts or related discipline, advanced degree is a plus. Combination of education, training and experience.
- Relevant Experience in the specialized area or domain - 7-10 Yrs. up to 5 years into the US Payroll process & 2 years into Indian Payroll process.
- Hands on experience in the specific role/areas.
- A good problem-solving skills and thinker.
- Attention to detail along with good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal, with good command over verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent command on MS-Office tools, especially MS-Excel.
