System Engineer-i Job in Innovaccer

Your Role

Innovaccer is looking for a System Engineer, Enterprise - IT to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure. You will ensure that our computing systems and equipment operate effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in systems management, network administration, and troubleshooting.

A Day in the Life

• Manage IT infrastructure service requests and ensure system efficiency.
• Monitor systems and network infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Perform system and network device backups.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, including GPO policies, user/group management, and cross-domain functionality.
• Troubleshoot and manage Citrix server environments.
• Oversee security patch management for Windows, MacBook, and Linux systems.
• Manage software licenses and user account configurations.
• Provide Level 2 & 3 support for help desk-related issues.
• Administer VMware environments and troubleshoot related issues.

What You Need

• Proficiency in Python/Scripting is preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory services and Windows Utility servers.
• Knowledge of DFS, Terminal Servers, Hyper-V, IIS, SCOM, and file servers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows platforms.
• Experience with Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with Citrix XenDesktop 7 and NetScaler policy configuration.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and RADIUS servers.
• Experience with XenDesktop 7 installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting hosted/shared desktops and persistent/non-persistent VDI.
• Experience with AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of VMware administration.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
