Job Profile Overview

He/She will be responsible to drive the creation, planning, execution and closure of projects as per the client requirements. He/She will be the owners and drivers of business processes, guidelines and templates that relate to these deliverable

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide new ideas through our Ideation and Design process to ensure they are sufficiently defined to address companys strategic goals and designed with the right stakeholder involvement. This ensures a solid foundation for future related deliverables.
• Manage the execution, monitoring and controlling of each department as per the deadline given to us by the client.
• Will be responsible to lead a team of experienced designers and writers and manage their accountability.
• Leading the delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently. He/She will also be responsible for hiring the best talent from the market to add to his team.
• Assessing customer feedback and using their expertise to establish, improve, and refine services.
• Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the companys services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers by identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the company context
• This role requires someone who can keep a positive relationship with clients, manage finances, meet deadlines, lead a team, stay organized, manage conflict and use creativity to find ways to make the service better. The candidate will also be responsible for Key focus on P&L of business and maintain the profitability
• He/She will be directly coordinating with the clients. They also will be responsible for Upselling by new and innovative ideas.
• He/She will be responsible and have to focus on the P&L of the business and maintain profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should possess 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer service & project management experience.
• Experience of process management or ownership is preferred.
• Ability to identify problems, to mediate issues, to develop solutions, and to implement appropriate course of action.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings and presenting to clients.
• Should have knowledge and managed delivery on Copy, Visual, Video development and SMM

We are looking for a candidate from the Digital Marketing industry only. He/She should have experience in overall management of content, design and social media teams.
