Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor the social media channels.
- Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website.
- Produce content for social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Google + and Pinterest .Keep up to date with any social media trends.
- Track social media influencers.
- Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
- Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports.
- Contribute to the company blog on a weekly basis.
- Assist with social media performance reports.
- Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Twitter, Facebook, Google + and Pinterest.
- Assist with general day to day administration task.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- The candidate should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in Social Media.
- The candidate should have completed Graduation from a renowned institution.
- Degree/Course in Marketing or Social Media.
- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
- Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills
- Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
