Job Responsibilities:
Installation, Training and Support of Customised Business Applications at Automobile dealerships and Petrol Pumps at all over India. Candidate Must be good in communications skills with pleasant personality.
Desired Skills:
- Installation/Training of the software at client side or on call
- Should be good in Desktop Support
- Response to customer queries by e-mail, chat or telephone
- Identify needs and conduct/recommend training as needed
- Submission of Daily/Weekly or Monthly support activity to the Senior
- Can arrange and show the demonstration at client side
- Can travel all over India
- Should be good to check the software/understand customer queries
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate
