Job Summary

To ensure documentation & submission of all offline / online tenders before deadline according to the predefined checklist
Maintain files of all tenders (with all submitted documents)
Internal coordination for the tender s documents
Analyze & track tender results & EMD / BG Refunds
Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial)
Preparing & filling E-Tenders & Bid Making
Making reports such as EMD submissions.
Correspondence for EMD refunds etc
Handling Back Office work
Co-ordination with the Sales Team
